Share me qualified candidates. Relocation is ok. Job Title: EUC Solution Engineer Location: Richardson, TX Contract- W2/C2C/Contract Max C2C Rate: $58/hr. Job Description: Job Summary: We are currently in need of a highly skilled Build Solution Engineer who possesses a minimum of 5+ years of experience working in the field of End User Computing and designing innovative solutions. As a Build Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments involving Desktop Engineer, application packaging, and deployment. Manage, monitor, and control proceedings to keep project objectives on track. Handle business-critical or escalated cases from floor support. Update OS images and software packages. Interact with clients to solve problems via email and conference calls. Prepare daily and monthly reports on SLA and share them with the client manager. Ensure quality and ITIL processes are followed for all deliveries. Liaise between Application Groups and offshore Project leads/Teams and work closely with the Customer to ensure the team meets the deliveries and SLAs committed to quality. Creating Solution Document with SOP and Production Implementation Plan. Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, O365, and related common tools. Expertise in Microsoft imaging technologies like MDT and patching with SCCM. Good understanding of Microsoft AD environment, Group policies, and infrastructure services like DHCP/DNS/FW's/TCP IP. Intune, AirWatch, and JAMF administration experience. Basic Azure AD administration. Package building using Flexera Admin Studio, Install Shield, and other packaging software. Scripting, command line, PowerShell, Bash, Python, Java. Mac OS Administration experience is a plus. Good knowledge of Scripting/Application packaging. Experience in thin client management and support. Knowledge of security tools like AV, Firewall, Encryption, DLP.
