Job Title: SCM System Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 5 months

Rate: $65 - $70/hr on C2C all Inc.

Job Purpose

As a SCM System Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of procurement projects, driving process improvements, and maximizing the utilization of Oracle Fusion Procurement to meet our organization's strategic objectives.

As a SCM System Analyst, you will be an integral part of our AMR IT team, driving innovation, efficiency, and cost savings through effective utilization of Oracle Fusion Procurement.

Key Accountabilities

Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Contracts, to meet business requirements.

Project Management: Manage end-to-end procurement projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control of project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance Oracle Fusion Procurement system functionality, performance, and user experience to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Process Analysis: Analyse existing procurement processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement process enhancements and best practices leveraging Oracle Fusion Procurement capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and business users, to understand their requirements, address issues, and provide technical expertise and guidance related to Oracle Fusion Procurement.

Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs and support materials to educate end-users on Oracle Fusion Procurement functionality, features, and best practices.

Data Management: Oversee data integrity and ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintenance, and reporting within Oracle Fusion Procurement, including supplier information, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

System Maintenance and Upgrades: Manage system maintenance activities, including applying patches, upgrades, and ensuring data integrity. Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and troubleshooting.

Vendor Management: Work closely with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to manage relationships, monitor deliverables, and ensure high-quality services related to Oracle Fusion Procurement.

Configuration and Customization: Configure Oracle Fusion Procurement modules according to business requirements. Coordinate with technical teams for any required customizations or enhancements.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Oracle Fusion Procurement, generate reports, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. 5. JOB CONTEXT

Responsible for Design, Deployment, Maintenance and Continuous improvement of Regional and Global Enterprise systems. Ability to work across various departments touching back-office functions. Proven experience and ability to bring in innovation and automation in various functional areas and ability to deliver on time and above Internal customer expectation with minimum to no supervision/guidance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Certification in Oracle Procurement cloud, SCM execution, TOGAF and APICS is a plus.

Experience

7+ years of experience in Supply chain domain and 3-5 years of expertise in Oracle Procurement Fusion as a Functional consultant

Extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion Procurement, including implementation, configuration, and support.

Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex procurement projects from initiation to completion.

Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, functionalities, and integration points with other Oracle applications.

Familiarity with data management, reporting, and analytics within Oracle Fusion Procurement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience in training end-users and providing support for Oracle Fusion Procurement.

Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.

Knowledge of application integration on public cloud, using Oracle Integration cloud or SOA is desirable.

Languages - You speak and write fluent English additional languages are a bonus, in particular Spanish & Portuguese.

COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal:

You will work within Group Technology and AMR region.

You will work alongside other functions including Operations, Finance, HR, Operations Excellence, Sales, and Procurement.

You will work to support leaders on performance for your BU.

You will work closely within the senior IT shared services leadership team (Applications, Governance, Transformation, Backoffice) to ensure collaboration and alignment with solutions and services.

You will work closely with Group Technology Head office on the execution of strategic initiatives.

You will maintain good relationship with procurement and finance to support Client policies and processes.

You will support Group Compliance, Group People, Legal in support of Client policies and legal requirements in Client business region.

You will maintain open communication with all key IT and business leaders to ensure top level IT service delivery

External:

Maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted world-class service and value for Client operations.
