Title: SDET/ CTH Role Location:- Richfield, MN - Hybrid role- Local candidate with local project exp/with a local DL copy Duration:- 6 months contract to hire Interview Mode :- Sykpe POSITION PURPOSE : This position will be working on a Claims Modernization project and will ensure that technology initiatives meet business requirements and will function as defined. The engineer will be responsible for creating technology-based solutions by developing and implementing test automation to deliver quality products. It will mitigate the risk of changes to the current production environment by testing, coordinating, and overseeing testing issue resolution. The person in this position will provide feedback, develop, and maintain testing and quality engineering standards, policies, and procedures. This person will provide guidance, mentoring and consultation to team members and business partners regarding IT Quality Engineering practices. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : 7+ years' experience in IT and in Quality assurance and Engineering; developing test scripts and scenarios and test management 4+ years' experience in-depth knowledge of Quality Engineering practices and standards 5+ years' experience with programming and scripting languages 2+ years' experience with designing and implementing quality Engineering standards and processes Experience with performing POCs and supporting the tool evaluations and creating best practices and share outs across the team Experience utilizing and integrating testing best practices and methodologies Experience with defect tracking and reporting solutions Experience creating, managing de-identifying data for testing Experience managing project deliverables and coordinating project activities. Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws Ability to work with different set of platforms and technologies, and ability to learn a new toolset/language.
