This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with three days per week onsite in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in information systems engineering and enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure cloud solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to make a significant impact in a governmental setting. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure and other cloud services to enhance infrastructure, application, and system monitoring solutions. Recommend and assist in building and hosting complex application solutions, identifying opportunities for performance improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains. Create and manage Azure DevOps projects, git repositories, and pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by developers and other architects, providing technical expertise and support for Microsoft Power Platform. Automate processes to improve operational efficiency. Generate and maintain technical documentation. Review, advise, and design solutions based on risk, cost, benefits, and their impact on enterprise business processes and goals. Present findings on new technologies, enterprise-wide issues, and enhancements to peers, effectively communicating technical information both verbally and in writing. Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of experience in information systems engineering or a related field. 2-3+ years of experience as a Microsoft Azure Cloud Systems Architect. 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture. Governmental experience. Experience with AWS and GCP. Proficiency in middleware such as API Management, IT Service Automation tools, and batch job services. .Net application development in a DevOps environment. Experience with Esri GIS software. Preferred Skills: Administration of ESRI GIS software (2-3 years). Experience with other cloud providers, such as AWS or GCP (2-3 years). Experience supporting middleware such as API Management, IT Service Automation tools, and batch job services (5+ years). Administration of Microsoft Server products. Experience with Linux (Redhat and Ubuntu). Microsoft Azure certification. Requirements: Availability to work three days per week onsite in Tallahassee, FL. Ability to provide valid identification upon request. Candidate interviewing must be the same individual assigned to the project.
