| Role : Test Lead/Test Manager Location : 122 N Main St, McPherson, KS 67460 (This is an onsite role. Candidate should be work from customer place) Duration : Long Term Must have Insurance domain testing experience Role Responsibilities Develop test strategy/test plan. Implement governance and reporting processes. Implement standard processes, methodologies, and tools. Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the test strategy. Perform all test/ management activities - resource management, monitor and control, manage risks and issues, manage quality. Responsible for managing the overall testing effort and deliverables, work with testing team to ensure that testing is on time and within budget. Test planning activities and estimation, test scope definition with the use of risk-based testing. Manage test environment , test data preparation , test tools and test automation implementation. Work with the application and technical architecture teams to plan various test phases. Review test to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria. Define and facilitate formal sign-off process and procedures for testing deliverables. Primary contact and escalation point for testing. Manage and facilitate onshore-offshore communication Qualifications: Insurance domain testing experience is a must. Bachelor's Degree or above in business computer, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related fields. Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Test, Integration Test and/or User Acceptance Test is a plus. Insurance domain testing must. Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients. Good command of English both written and spoken.
