Dear Vendor Greetings for the day Kindly find below JD and share suitable resume SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Remote Long Term Skill Set Requirements The Client is going to implement a new performance evaluation form for the Clients management population as well as possibly making changes to other current performance review forms. We are looking for a solution architect/technical lead to assist in all aspects of this implementation, from project preparation, requirements gathering, solution design/blueprint, hands-on functional configuration, develop custom reports (if needed), test script development, testing, documentation, and training Client of functional staff. The resource will be working in conjunction with the Clients Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) staff (development, security, basis resources) and Human Resources staff on a project team. The proposed resource must have a minimum of five years of experience in working with the Success Factors PMGM module. The proposed resource will also need to have completed at least two successful full lifecycles Success Factors PMGM implementations and have provided maintenance support for at least two years, preferably within a US Public Sector entity that has at least four labor unions. The proposed resource can be either an Associate or Professional. The proposed resource must be US based. Current Environment Client Technical Environment IS-U ECC 6.0 EHP8, CRM 7 EHP4, IS-PS ECC 6.0, BO 4.2, BW7.5, PBF 8.1, GRC 10.1, Solution Manager 7.2, PO 7.40, Fiori 3.0, OpenText 16.0 and HANA 2.0. The Client has a need to enhance unclassified (salaried employee) performance and goals process to streamline and change the review process to a continuous discussion rather than using the rating method. The aim of this project is to simplify and automate the performance management process. The Client also has a need to obtain a support consultant that can provide troubleshooting support along with making minor changes to current forms should the need arise. The chosen implementation partner will work with the Clients ERP and Human Resources staff to: Analyze as-is processes, advise the Client on best practices, create new route map(s) and form template(s), complete a configuration workbook, set up Role- based permissions, and train business administrators based on new Requirements. Work with the Clients ERP staff to provide maintenance and troubleshooting support to the Client Attorneys Office, Personnel and Human Resources Departments.
