Strong and Hands on exp in Manhattan WMOS,2. Strong and Hands on exp in Manhattan scale,3. Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain domain4. Strong communication skill to work in a direct customer facing role. Desirable Skills: Good SQL knowledge and Good skill to manage customer stakeholders as well as offshore team. Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management. Strong and Hands on exp in Manhattan WMOS. Proven track record of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of procurement best practices, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
