Daily Work Schedule: This position is full-time, on-site at our office in San Bernardino with a possibility of a hybrid schedule after completing 2 months Job description The selected candidate will work with a county department assisting with the design and implementation of a Dynamic 365 CRM solution. The position will require a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and strong background experience with the configuration and setup of Dynamics 365, as well as other related Microsoft technologies as applicable such as Office 365, JavaScript, SQL Server, Share Point and/or Power BI Skills and Qualifications Bachelors Degree in information Technology or related field, or applicable work and education experience, required. Excellent written & verbal communication and problem-solving skills Excellent project management and organizational skills Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, and JavaScript Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) Minimum of 5 years of experience required, which includes: Microsoft CRM experience Database Management Information Systems Architecture Programming, Software Applications and Workflow End-User Support on Dynamics CRM Experience working on multiple implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
