Manage ServiceNow components including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Asset Management, Employee Center, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Release Management. Ensure the effective integration of ServiceNow with other systems and platforms. Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business rules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with organization objectives. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Demonstrable knowledge of ServiceNow administration including deployment, implementation, and integration. Strong understanding of ServiceNow components such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Release Management. Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support. Additional ServiceNow certifications or training in specific modules a plus.
