Ariba Trainer w/ 5+ years of experience, going Hybrid onsite in Boston. Aiming for locals at the moment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ariba, particularly in guided buying, invoicing, and service entry sheets. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our staff, ensuring they are proficient in using Ariba to optimize our procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: Training Development: Design and develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources, focused on Ariba guided buying, invoicing, and service entry sheets. Create interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to different user groups. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, from beginners to advanced users. Provide hands-on training and support to ensure participants can effectively use Ariba tools. Tailor training sessions to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles within the organization. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for all matters related to Ariba guided buying, invoicing, and service entry sheets. Stay up-to-date with the latest Ariba features, updates, and best practices. Advise and support the procurement team in optimizing their use of Ariba. User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to users post-training, addressing any questions or issues they may encounter. Develop and maintain an FAQ and troubleshooting guide for common issues. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback. Prepare reports on training effectiveness and user proficiency. Continuously improve training materials based on feedback and changes in Ariba functionality. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working with Ariba, with extensive knowledge of guided buying, invoicing, and service entry sheets. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in e-learning software and tools is a plus. Skills: Certification in Ariba or related procurement systems. Experience in a training or instructional design role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management experience is a plus.
