Please let me know if you are interested in the below position Position: Telecom Switch Technician II Location: 11830 Webb Chapel Rd, Ste 5000, Dallas, TX 75234 (ONSITE) Duration: 1 year Visa : No H1b/CPT Job Description: INTAKE NOTES: -MUST be onsite ; will need to report in the Dallas Switch site daily Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc.) Nokia RAN and Transport, MSO/Switch experience What does a typical day look like (daily tasks) Checking in and out vendors, Program equipment routers, Card RMA's, Daily walkthrough of the switch Preferred background/prior work experience T-Mobile experience in the switch Priority soft skills Team player, organizational and communication skills At least 3 years relevant experience required. Our quick-thinking and tech-savvy Switch team members are expected to: Conduct expert wireless network equipment installation and maintenance Test, locate, and repair complex equipment problems Handle configuration and fault management for a range of platforms including voicemail (IN), HLR (Home Location Register), VLR (Visitor Location Register), BSC (Base Station Controller), SMSC (Short Message Service Center), and IWF (Inter Working Function) Perform database backups and conduct maintenance of computer hardware and software Work with telecom vendors to meet schedules for new equipment installation Assist RF engineering to ensure the best possible network performance Additional Comments: preferably with T-Mobile experience Does this resource require US citizenship No Is driving a requirement for this assignment No Thanks and Regards Hemant Rawat US IT Recruiter |Convex Tech Inc.
