The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), Kafka and experience in providing advanced support and maintenance for messaging systems. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Handle support for TIBCO EMS, Kafka, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis. System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain TIBCO EMS and Kafka servers, perform patch management, upgrades, and configuration changes. Incident Management: Respond to incident tickets, document resolutions, and collaborate with support teams and stakeholders. Performance Tuning: Analyze performance metrics, optimize configurations, and conduct capacity planning.
