Please see elements of the second phase below. Create a chat bot experience during the intake process of claims before it goes through the approval process to prompt the submitter on how to include all relevant information / documentation for approval. This is through basic questions that the bot will guide the user through and then will all be summarized to be uploaded to SFDC. There will be a feature where this will pull from an API to a search engine to search for the three most similar claims to further guide the user. Utilize conversational LLM to determine if this is in-scope or out of scope for approval LLM based Google Ads & Commerce Claim project Analyst (JD) Backend: Python + Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a foundational understanding of back-end development and an expertise of Python and GCP systems. Together, we will maintain and develop next-level backend workflows and compelling digital experiences. Front end: https://vuejs.org/ Back end: https://flask.palletsprojects.com/en/2.3.x/ GCP to support run time and deployment: https://cloud.google.com/appengine Data: PLX LLM: In phase I, we will train LLM to understand the large data set better thru auto-tagging. The next stage of the project will involve having LLM to learn guidelines and processes to drive process efficiency by replacing most of the manual work for PMO. Submitters will be significantly benefited from this as they get step by step guidelines from LLM. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first group of contributors to transform how we work using LLM! Responsibilities: Understand existing claim repo full stack code, optimize code and application for best performance, readability and scalability Use development resources to find new and time saving ways to increase the richness and accuracy of our insights and processes Write and review technical documents and participate in collaborative code reviews. Embed and improve an existing BARD solution into the claim repo tool. Based on the team's final business functional decisions, build in further upgrades including access control, etc. Build a claim LLM to replace manual steps for submitters and PMOs including guiding people through the intake process, summarize key points for feedback and identify action items for PMOs. Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in Computer Science and/or related discipline. 3 Years with Chat BOT 7+ years of experience managing multiple projects based on modern Python development, either as part of a consulting agency or as part of an in-house development team. Experience with Python3 standards and general concepts behind code readability. 5+ years experience with deployment on GCP. Proficiency building and performance tuning apps on AppEngine or equivalent serverless platform. Familiarity with unit testing, version control and continuous integration. Practical experience with extraction, transformation, aggregation of large data sets as well as in using combinatorics, statistical methods, and other advanced mathematical methods to solve problems. Able to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment with a deep desire to build high impact, scalable data insight projects/processes. Interested in learning new things to solve a challenge, able to problem solve without help. Preferred qualifications: A customer service mindset for responding to requests from a less technical team, documenting progress and an ability to identify opportunities to improve or streamline processes.
