Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with 15 years of experience in DevOps to lead and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of DevOps principles, extensive experience in project management, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. DevOps Leadership: Oversee the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code. Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management and DevOps processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Experience: 15 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in project management. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent DevOps certification is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Git. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.). Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
