| From: Shekhar Bhadauria, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, We have an urgent opening with IT Program Manager and I have sent you job description, please go through it and let me know your comfort with it and also send me your updated resume ASAP Title: IT Program Manager Location: New York City, NY(Hybrid) Type: Contract MUST HAVE: REGULATORY REPORTING AND AXIOM EXPERIENCE Job Description: Significant experience and track record of delivery of major cross functional initiatives at large and complex financial institutions e.g. implementation of Axiom for Regulatory reporting Deep understanding of finance, risk, operations, and data processes as well as the technologies enabling them Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and decision-making skills Exceptional stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions, committees and areas Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools Responsibilities Drive execution of Axiom Implementation program through the full project life cycle from project planning to delivery including development of target state business processes, build and adoption of technology solutions Manage weekly status reporting, understand and maintain programs RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery Coordinate all activities and dependencies of UAT to ensure the successful acceptance by the business owners including defect management and reporting in JIRA Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders Oversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providers 8-12 years of project/program management experience.
