Job Title : Project Director Location : Princeton, NJ (Onsite) Interview : Video Interview Job Description: Note - Life Sciences / clinical research background is mandatory. Must Have: Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects on time and within budget. Must have worked with CRO or similar life sciences companies Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of clinical trial data projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing support. Partner with clinical research associates (CRAs), data managers, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable data management strategies. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to adapt them to fit project needs. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide project teams. Proven experience in managing project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project goals, progress, and risks to all stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and experience with budget management tools is a plus. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Track project progress and report on status to stakeholders regularly. Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams. Lead project closure activities, including final documentation and handover. Good to have: Experience working in the HLS industry Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams. Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Budget forecasting and cost control expertise. Experience in change management and implementing process improvements. Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) or other relevant project management (PMP) certifications.
