Title: System Administrator Location: Raleigh, NC 27609(Day01 Onsite) Duration: Contract Job description: This position will perform PC replacements, remote support activities, such as troubleshooting, software installations, process improvement activities, and asset record analysis. We need this position that provides desktop support to the 14 agencies that utilize our service. This position will perform PC replacements, remote support activities, such as troubleshooting, software installations, process improvement activities, and asset record analysis. This position will work on site to perform hands-on duties such as imaging, PC hookups, and asset inventories. We need a contractor to provide excellent desktop support to our customers who are providing support to the citizens of North Carolina. Description (including, but not limited to): 1. Responsibility for operations and troubleshooting of system environments, Server back up and security 2. Performance tuning and capacity planning 3. Analysis of system logs and identification of potential issues with computer systems; troubleshooting of reported problems 4. Migration and integration of new technologies and functionalities into existing system environments 5. Management of user accounts Skills Required/Desired Amount of experience Experience youve Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical customers Required 3 Years Must possess moderate knowledge and demonstratable skills with Intel computing equipment Required 3 Years Basic knowledge of Apple based computing equipment Required 1 Year Needs moderate knowledge of Windows OS and M365, Basic knowledge of MECM (SCCM) & AD, Basic knowledge of Tanium, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Intune Required 3 Years Require experience in PC replacements, including imaging/provisioning Required 3 Years Strong organization & documentation skills Required 3 Years Requires the ability to lift boxes that weight 25 pounds Required Thanks & Regards Chandra Keywords: active directory North Carolina Immediate job opening for a System Administrator and It's a contract role [email protected] |
