| Hi Hope you are well We have urgent requirements with our client Birlasoft for the below requirement Job Title - QTest Admin Location : R emote Duration Long term Mode would prefer FTE or C2H After 6 months Visa USC/ GC to be preferred. JD - An expert qTest engineer that can set-up the tool for IRs long term needs- Testing and others. This person should bring thought leadership from other previous engagements for the qTest set- up A qTest consultant is a professional responsible for implementing and managing qTest, a test management software, to ensure effective testing and quality assurance processes for organizations. Key responsibilities include: - Configuring and customizing qTest to meet client needs - Developing and executing testing strategies, plans, and scripts - Coordinating with teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements - Creating and managing test cases, suites, and runs within qTest - Executing manual and automated tests, tracking results, and reporting defects - Providing training and support to teams on qTest usage and best practices - Integrating qTest with other tools and systems, such as JIRA, Agile, or CI/CD pipelines - Analyzing testing metrics and providing insights for process improvement - Ensuring testing compliance with industry standards and regulations The ideal candidate should have experience in software testing, test management, and qTest tool, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
