In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer service capabilities by configuring, customizing, and extending the functionality of our Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform. Your expertise in C#/.NET, Python, SQL, and automation will be instrumental in streamlining processes, improving agent efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: Configuration and Customization: Tailor case forms, views, and routing rules to optimize service processes and SLAs. Develop custom workflows and plugins using C#/.NET to automate tasks, enforce business rules, and enhance system functionality. Design and maintain a knowledge base that empowers agents and customers with self-service resources. Configure and manage service level agreements (SLAs), entitlements, and service contracts. Integration and Data Management: Integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service with various communication channels (email, live chat, phone, social media). Develop custom integrations with other Microsoft products (Power BI, SharePoint, Teams) and external systems using C#/.NET and APIs. Implement data migration processes and ensure data quality through cleansing and deduplication. Development and Automation: Create custom reports and dashboards using FetchXML, SQL, and Power BI to track service metrics and provide insights. Build and maintain virtual agents (chatbots) using Power Virtual Agents to handle common customer inquiries. Develop scripts and automation tools using Python or PowerShell to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Support and Continuous Improvement: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and manage system upgrades. Monitor system performance and optimize for speed, reliability, and scalability. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements to the customer service experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 7+ years of experience in C#/.NET development. Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Strong understanding of SQL and experience with data manipulation and querying. Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation. Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom portal development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other Microsoft products (Power BI, SharePoint, Teams). Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure). Experience with AI/ML for customer service applications.
