Estimate effort at varying levels (e.g., high level, work package level) and using various techniques (e.g., cost per hour, story points) Skills and Experience 10+ years of experience in Agile Software development as a Project or Program Manager Experience leading projects consisting of 10 or more people, or $1MM+ in budget. Must have executed at least 5 full life cycle, end-to-end Salesforce implementations. Experience in all phases of product, software, and testing lifecycles Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfil both strategic and operational needs. Strong and effective communication skills: Ability to lead and communicate with a wide variety of team members and client roles + drive clarity on roles and accountability.
