The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of our biologics research and development initiatives. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in our R&D operations. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT and software development teams Ensure alignment between R&D objectives and business strategies Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between R&D teams, management, and external partners Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders Foster a collaborative environment to ensure successful project outcomes Quality Assurance Testing: Ensure thorough testing of software, tools, and processes to identify and resolve any issues before deployment Document test results and provide feedback to development teams for continuous improvement Qualifications: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus Worked in an IT setting before and can translate between the business and technology with clear and concise requirements Proactive with a bias towards action 70/30 - IT BA to Scientific Lab experience JIRA or similar task tracking tool Miro or similar diagramming tool such as Visio Signavio or similar business process management software Smartsheet or similar project manage tool such as Microsoft Project Office 365 tools including Teams.
