The ServiceNow skills that the Techno-Functional ServiceNow Consultants and Architects are expected to possess are as follows: ITSM Pro Software Asset Mgt Pro Hardware Asset Mgt Pro ITOM Discovery IntegrationHub ProITBM Pro (Project Mgt) ServiceNow Automation Testing Framework (ATF) Objective The end- client is looking for a single vendor to perform ServiceNow related development activities across multiple projects through 1/31/2025 to enhance the clients ServiceNow application. These development efforts will be a mix of Agile sprints for existing and future enhancement requests, defined projects, and also includes the ownership of the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) by supporting the creation and ongoing maintenance across projects and enhancements. The Vendor must understand the direction and roadmap that ServiceNow has for its platform and will assist in aligning the client to follow that roadmap, ensuring that the clients technology strategy aligns with ServiceNow's future development plans. The selected vendor will be responsible for planning and defining Agile stories and epics (or equivalent) from user requests and placing them in the backlog, documentation, development, knowledge transfer, and testing efforts of the agile backlog delivery and the defined projects delivery. The selected Vendor is expected to lead these efforts in concert with the clients Product Owners and other staff and consultants. The delivery team will consist of Vendor resources and existing staff/consultants. The Vendor will also work with and manage to the expectations of the clients business stakeholders. The Vendor also will be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate methodology is defined and implemented, and the appropriate Vendor resources are identified and onboarded/offboarded as appropriate. Additionally, any resources to be supplied by the Vendor must be approved by the client in advance of onboarding .
