Duration: 6 Month Visa: USC, GC MOI: Skype Day-to-Day Responsibilities: The Information Technology Infrastructure Project Manager (PM) will oversee various projects across the Network, End User Experience, and Datacenter and Application Platform Service Lines within Michelin. Key responsibilities include: Delivering project scope on time and within budget. Leading project Steering Committee meetings with all levels of management. Ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders and teams. Managing project execution by identifying deliverables, coordinating work across teams and IT suppliers (IBM, BT, etc.). Developing budget and cost plans, identifying risks and issues, and monitoring project progress using appropriate methods and metrics to meet schedules, budgets, and goals. Applying project management policies, methods, and procedures as defined in the PMBOK. Engaging with Architects and Subject Matter Experts to understand infrastructure technology. Demonstrating strong skills in leadership, communication, organization, conflict management, and independent judgment. Technical Environment: AWS and Azure cloud and on-premises Windows and Linux server hosted applications and network infrastructure. Internal/External Customer: Mainly internal users, with some projects potentially impacting external customers. Team Size: Core project team consists of TBD members, including stakeholders, SMEs, business analysts, and functional analysts. Must-Haves: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on IT infrastructure projects using standard Project Management principles (e.g., PMP, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma). Experience working across multiple platforms, entities, cultures, and geographical zones. BS in IT or a related field and experience managing dispersed teams and large projects Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow, O365 tools, Clarity, and MS Project. PMP Certification and/or LEAN Certification. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and foster team collaboration. Strong communication skills, ability to gather and analyse facts, draw conclusions, define problems, build consensus, and suggest/ negotiate solutions. Experience building PowerPoint presentations tailored to different audiences. Self-motivated and driven to achieve results on time and within budget.
