In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' Supply Chain Management (SCM) needs within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). You will bridge the gap between business processes and technical functionalities, ensuring optimal system configuration and utilization. Important Skills and Keywords Oracle EBS SCM (Supply Chain Management): In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management, and potentially Manufacturing. Experience with functionalities like requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoices, inventory control, costing, and advanced shipping (if applicable). Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, configuration, and customization techniques. Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting. Familiarity with integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems (a plus). Functional Expertise: Solid understanding of supply chain best practices and business processes. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience with process mapping and gap analysis. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders. Additional Skills: Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud (a plus). Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile) is desired. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for continuous learning. Responsibilities Collaborate with business users to understand their supply chain needs and challenges. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Oracle EBS functionalities. Configure and customize Oracle EBS SCM modules to meet specific business requirements. Develop and implement technical solutions to optimize system performance and efficiency. Create and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users. Participate in system upgrades and migrations. Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle EBS SCM features and functionalities.
