In-depth knowledge of Veeva CRM for managing clinical operation data. Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics. Serve as a bridge between the user and the IT personnel. Work closely with users and IT to ensure that the system is designed to meet business needs. Meets and interviews users to understand requirements for systems. Documents business and requirements for systems including business process workflow documentation. -Co-ordinates software package evaluation and supports the preparation of product evaluation reports Supports preparation of UAT plan and scripts Participates in pre-UAT.
