Responsibilities : Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications in the identity and access management domain. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Java development. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including OAuth, JWT, and other authentication/authorization protocols. Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Solid understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
