Candidates with government experience are needed with Local DL & LinkedIn Candidate MUST be local to Vermont Project Scope: The Agency of Digital Services, on behalf of the Department of Labor (VDOL) is seeking skilled support for two workstreams supporting the modernization efforts underway. The current environment includes a number of out-of-date applications that need to be documented and updated to continue stable operations for the Department while a broader modernization effort is underway. Mandatory Skills: 1. Supporting ongoing discovery and documentation work for migrations. 2. Production support for existing applications 3. .NET and SQL are the primary stack (more than 30 servers, hosting mostly) 4. Java-based, ColdFusion. 5. Salesforce, the Mainframe, and various off-the-shelf products hosted in the cloud and datacenter. 6. .NET Client/Server apps-web front end. Backend and public facing. 7. Web APIs 8. Azure DevOps updates 9. Level of Documentation on the Modernization process: Identification of interconnections, dependencies, file transfers, etc. 10. Experience and expert knowledge in data center migration and domain collapse. 11. Experience in agile-based migrations. 12. Experience in technical writing. 13. Experience and expert knowledge in .NET client server architectures. 14. Experience in database management, report authorship, and ETL development.
