Essential Skills (bolded for emphasis): 7-10 years of overall experience in IT/QA leading and supporting projects. 5+ years of experience as a cross-platform test lead in supporting large cross-functional projects. Proven ability to attend Discovery workshops/JAD sessions and assess impacts. Expertise in identifying testing scope and estimating testing effort. Strong leadership skills to mobilize cross-functional testing teams and develop allocation plans. Experience in leading end-to-end test coordination for Tech and LOB. Adept at creating testing artifacts such as test plans and test cases. Proven track record of leading the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. Ability to develop key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. Solid understanding of business and functional knowledge to meet the team's overall test objectives. Superior customer communication and expectations management skills. Strong experience with ALM and JIRA for test case management. Fluency in Agile project management methodologies. Exceptional understanding of software development and testing principles. Experience with data mapping/migration testing is required. Prior experience with projects that have complex data requirements is a plus. Experience implementing test automation is strongly preferred. Proven ability to work effectively with technology and business partners. Understanding of data conversion planning, testing, and execution is highly desired. Test Automation fundamentals understanding is a plus. Required: Experience in Retail Banking. Desired: Experience in Retail Lending/Mortgage Operation.
