Perform regular software updates on hardware under test. Assist in setting up and tearing down lab spaces efficiently. Maintain lab test equipment and infrastructure. Inventory Management and Organization: Track and manage hundreds of devices under test and peripherals. Utilize internal tools to categorize and keep track of test equipment. Support and Collaboration: Assist engineers with their requests for regression testing or additional data. Be available on-site to troubleshoot issues and provide support to the team. Maintain clear and timely communication with team members. Prioritize tasks and effectively manage time to meet deadlines. Additional Responsibilities: Document test processes for future reference. Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities. Important Skills and Qualifications: Must-Haves: Knowledge of Mac hardware. Strong troubleshooting skills. High level of comfort using Terminal and bash scripting. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely. Excellent time management and organization skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Availability to work standard working hours (potentially including longer days and weekends as needed). Ability to work on-site 5 days a week (Cupertino location).
