The Role In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend solutions for our web applications. You'll collaborate closely with designers and frontend developers to ensure a seamless and exceptional user experience. Important Skills and Keywords 6+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on API programming. Solid understanding of Java or Python and experience designing modular, object-oriented code. Proven experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment. Experience with multi-threaded environments and a strong grasp of performance optimization concepts. Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (gRPC, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes) is a plus. You'll also be successful if you have: Experience with WebSockets and Microservices architectures. Proficiency in Linux and containerization tools like Docker. Experience with automation and unit testing frameworks. A passion for continuously learning and improving development processes. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Responsibilities Develop and maintain highly scalable backend solutions using Java/JavaScript/Python/Node.js. Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX mockups into efficient backend functionalities. Build and maintain reusable code components adhering to coding best practices. Optimize backend solutions for performance and seamless integration with frontend applications. Participate in code reviews and foster a collaborative learning environment.
