Job Description:

5 Years Experience in Service Now design, architecture, development, and configuration

5 Years Experience working in an Agile software development environment

Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, information technology or a related field Service Now certifications

In-depth hands-on experience with configuration, including understanding its modules, workflows and configuration settings.(nice to have)

Experience with NOW Assist (nice to have)

Experience with Service Now ITSM, CRM and HRM suite of applications

Experience working in an Agile software development environment

ServiceNow Expertise: A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, capabilities, and modules.

Proficiency in Service Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Customization Skills: The ability to customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business processes. This includes creating custom Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods and protocols such as REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub.

The level Programming Proficiency: Developers should have a strong command of programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or others.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective developers excel at identifying and solving complex problem. They should be skilled in troubleshooting, debugging

Responsible to:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.

Debug and troubleshoot software findings, defects, identifying root cause and implanting solutions.

Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.

Mentor junior developers, offering technical guidance and support as needed.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
