Experience within ecommerce space passionate about customer journey/experience. Understand the customer experience between aspects like product information page, category pages, navigation and/or shopping chart/checkout. Experience working on a variety of small to medium size projects simultaneously, comfortable flexing between priorities. Experience working in a lean and fast-paced environment.Duties/Day to Day Overview Develop business requirement and detailed user stories Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations Attend project meetings and provide status reports to the business team Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of daily project issues Recommend and facilitate cross-concept initiatives and features Assists in definition and management of project scope and subsequent change requests Assist in the definition and implementation of new processes as they relate to new features Gather, track and report metrics and key performance indicators for new features and functionality Educate the business team on new application and processes related to platform and feature enhancements and ensure the team is equipped and trained appropriately Evaluate alternative operational efficiencies and business process change Organize and Facilitate User Acceptance Testing Track and report on issues and solutions and escalate when appropriateAdditional Qualifications (Nice to Haves) Experience with Jira & Confluence, specifically authoring effective JIRA stories for functional requirements, detailed acceptance criteria and prioritization with delivery teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills with demonstrated experience in making articulate and effective oral presentations to different audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills including such areas as team spirit, negotiation, collaboration, pitching in where needed, valuing and respecting individuals irrespective of seniority levels. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to work collaboratively and influence others within a matrix environment. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to develop and foster constructive business relationships and gain their trust.
