| Oracle EBS Finance Program Manager Location: Plymouth, MN Remote/ Onsite: Onsite day 1 Duration: 1 yr. JD: Should have previously managed Oracle EBS Finance projects Should have prior experience as Oracle EBS Finance consultant (covering AP, AR, GL modules) Manages business and project risks and produces an effective plan and risk assessment so that timescales and project costs are understood. Should be part of project planning, execution, requirement gathering with project leadership team. Provide detailed reports to higher level manager / customer on a weekly basis to showcase the progress of the project. Work collaboratively with Partners/Vendors as per project requirement Setting up a timeline for milestones created as part of project plan Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills Cross-Functional Coordination: Expertise in aligning and orchestrating efforts across teams. Facilitating collaboration, communication, and synergy among diverse groups. Ensuring seamless integration of processes and systems. Project Governance and Compliance: Adherence to the Daikin IT PMO process, including governance, risk management, and compliance. Monitoring project milestones, budgets, and timelines. Mitigating risks and addressing issues promptly/proactively. Stakeholder Management: Engaging with Coupas product owner and stakeholders. Active listening, understanding needs, and managing expectations. Regularly communicating progress, challenges, and achievements to functional and technical leaders. Technical Acumen: Understanding Coupas SaaS solution architecture. Coordinating integrations. Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
