Title: Principal Content-EDM Solutions Architect (cms-ecm) (100% remote) Location: 100% remote Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: As a Content Architect, your main responsibility will be to help set up and manage the internal portal. You will define strategies for data organization and documentation, analyze data to determine portal content, and develop comprehensive data strategies. This advisory role involves providing expert guidance on best practices for documentation, and data management. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies for structuring and organizing data to ensure optimal accessibility and usability on the intranet portal. Ensure all data is accurately categorized and tagged for easy retrieval and usage. Develop and uphold documentation standards to ensure consistency and clarity. Create and enforce data management best practices across the organization. Oversee the design, planning, and execution of content projects related to the portal. Define or maintain the architecture of a content library to support intranet needs. Help define how data should be organized, documented, and managed according to best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Management or Computer Science 5-10 years of Experience in content architecture and data management. Must have experience in ServiceNow, Confluence, and Wiki. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Must have a good understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) Experience designing, planning, and delivering content projects. Experience defining or maintaining the architecture of a content library. Experience in content audit and gap analysis.
