Assist in the management of production escalations related to Oracle Finance processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations. Liaise between business owners, tech teams, internal and external partners to meet customer needs while ensuring that the strategy & vision of the product are met and aligned to ODP Goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new system enhancements or process improvements within the Oracle Finance tracks. Work with development agile teams to execute sprint goals. Participate and influence agile ceremonies including planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, team retrospectives and daily scrum. Assist in leading or lead the elaboration of epics, themes and writing user stories and developing the acceptance criteria. Manage prioritization of defects and work with teams to ensure proper resourcing and scheduling to resolve. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Oracle Finance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Oracle Finance processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
