The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable Java applications and integrating them with Kafka for efficient real-time data streaming and processing. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer, with strong proficiency in Java (JDK 8+). Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including setup, configuration, and management. Solid understanding of Kafka architecture and its components (brokers, topics, partitions, consumer groups). Experience with Kafka Streams and Kafka Connect is highly desirable. Familiarity with other messaging and streaming platforms like RabbitMQ or Apache Pulsar is a plus. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
