Summary: The Corporate Technology HR team is seeking a Workday Technical Lead. The main function of this role is in the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of the Workday system. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical resources and business stakeholders. Skillset and Qualifications: 10+ years relevant Workday experience configuring and deploying in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment. Strong understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, and integration capabilities, data model, and security framework. Experience in leading and managing Workday implementations. Certifications (including pro) in relevant areas like Workday HCM, Workday Integrations and others. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Project management and leadership abilities.
