| Job Title: Performance Test Engineer with TV Exp Location: Dallas, TX Work Authentication: Employment type: Contract Job Description: Job Title: Performance Test Engineer with Telecom Domain Location: Dallas, TX -- Day 1 onsite Job description: Solid hands-on experience in performance testing Java applications using JMeter, LoadRunner, and AgileShould have the ability to script web applications, and API sExperience with GitHub, SVN, and JIRAStrong experience with Java programming language and scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript Required Skills: Experience in performance testing on Hands-on experience in JMeter, LoadRunner, Agile, TV OR streaming applications OR OTT platform or Mobile device Required Education: At least a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related field is required Necessary Skills: LoadRunner, Agile, Automation to clearly articulate program objectives to internal IT teams and communicate project objectives to multiple vendor IT teams. *Requirements:* - Proven experience in end-to-end Snowflake implementation within a large enterprise, preferably in the automotive industry. - Solid skills in technology platforms including SAP Native HANA, Azure, and Snowflake. - Extensive experience in writing RFPs, negotiating SOW terms, and managing vendor relationships. - Strong background in program management and detailed project management, with the ability to develop comprehensive plans. - Proficiency in working with SAFE Agile teams and directing Agile project execution. - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both business and IT stakeholders. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate project and program objectives to internal and external teams. *Preferred Qualifications:* Relevant certifications in project management and Agile methodologies. - Previous experience in leading large-scale data migration projects. - Familiarity with automotive industry standards and practices. Must-Have Requirements Category Description Experience Proven experience leading and managing end-to-end Snowflake migration projects in large enterprises, preferably within the automotive industry. Technical Skills Solid understanding of Snowflake, SAP HANA, Azure, and cloud computing concepts. Vendor Management Experience writing RFPs, negotiating SOW terms, and fostering successful collaboration between vendors and internal IT teams. Program & Project Management Extensive experience in both program management and project management, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive program and project management plans. Agile Methodology In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFE. Proven experience working with Scrum Masters and SAFE Agile Coaches. Communication Skills Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to clearly communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes presenting project status and challenges to executive steering committees, IT managers, data owners, and data stewards.
