Identifies and may address change management needs. Forecasts feature delivery dates based on team estimation and/or time-boxes. Supports, mentors, and coaches less experienced IT team members in delivery management. Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Five (5) years of project management, agile delivery, or relevant Experience Three (3) years of team leadership experience PMP Certification or Agile Certification PMI-ACP Required or equivalent OR Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Seven (7) years of project management, agile delivery, or related experience Four (4) years of team leadership experience PREFERRED: Experience delivering initiatives leveraging agile methodology; Scrum, SAFe, Kanban or other certification Knowledge of product management principles Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of information gathering, planning, and organizing methods and principles Knowledge of agile methodology Skill in analyzing data and in using data visualization techniques and tools Skill in conceptual thinking Skill in time management Skill in communication Skill in technical writing Skill in utilizing Microsoft Office Skill in project performance tracking and reporting Ability to absorb and retain information quickly, specifically complex technical information Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions Ability to perform all the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations Ability to work in an office environment Keywords: information technology Texas REMOTE TX :: SAP IT PM :: USC - H4-EAD [email protected] |
