Description We seek a Senior SAP HCM/Payroll Functional Lead for a hybrid position (2 days/wk. onsite) in Houston, TX. This is a 6 + contract position with a high probability of extension with our Houston, Texas client. Responsibilities include: * SAP Team Leadership experience across the Functional modules SAP ECC HCM Time and Payroll * Monitor and manage daily ERP time and payroll support, IT services desk, and support functions to ensure optimal service to business partners. * Work with Functional team members on service tickets to ensure they meet the Service level agreements. * Maintaining high-performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary * Hands-on experience working with one or more SAP modules, such as HCM, Payroll, and Time. * Work with technical team lead and HCM Lead to ensure the Functional Specification requirements are accurate. * Ability to own initiatives, make recommendations, and mentor team members when needed. * Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective stakeholder communication for major incident reviews. * Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery. * Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery. * Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand * Maintaining high-performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary. * Experience working with SAP Time, UKG Kronos Dimensions.
