Job Description

Our client is a leading company in providing a distributed, open-source search and analytics engine. As a Product Manager, you will develop and manage the product roadmap for ServiceNow solutions within their organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in order to inform additional adjustments in the client's roadmap for ServiceNow

Define product vision, strategy, and requirements for ServiceNow products.

Collaborate with sponsors, business analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings

Communicate product updates, progress, and performance to stakeholders and senior management.

Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.

Drive updates to supporting processes to ensure a better user experience and higher quality data

Recommend additional modules including a business case as to the value to be had as we are ready to build out further and when it makes sense in our evolution

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Must have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ServiceNow

Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, modules, and best practices.

Knowledge of Confluence and Wiki

Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
