He said: the technical side of NetSuite implementation (vs. functional) is often being done by offshore resources these days maybe we could target a more senior technical-focused offshore resource. Can you get us three or four good Senior Netsuite Technical Consultants Here are the notes from previous conversation, just to recap: Managers Notes: Can you identify a couple of more candidates maybe a bit more senior than Zaheer Abbas The other two things we would specifically also like (if possible) as part of experience is: They have NetSuite Invoice Capture experience They have experience developing custom APIs or integrations from a 3rd party system into NetSuite specifically creating a PR or PO in Netsuite from 3rd party system data. Just to recap on what we should be looking for in new search. Sr. level resource Experience with NetSuite Invoice Capture Experience & examples developing custom API's or integrations from a 3rd party system into NetSuite Experience creating a Purchase Order or Requisition in NetSuite from a 3rd party system data Experience leading all phases on SDLC. Implementation, Design, Testing, Deployment, Training etc.. This would be all around NetSuite End Client: Its a small life sciences customer that currently uses NetSuite for Financials and they have P2P licensed but not turned on. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Technical P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Consultant with a strong focus on software configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and optimizing NetSuite P2P modules to meet the specific needs of our organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement configurations to streamline procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize the NetSuite P2P module, including procurement, purchase orders, vendor management, and accounts payable. Develop and implement workflows, scripts, and customizations to optimize P2P processes. Ensure that all configurations adhere to best practices and organizational standards. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for NetSuite configurations. Qualifications: Experience in NetSuite configuration and P2P module implementation. Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and accounts payable. Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. Experience with system integration and data migration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. NetSuite certifications are a plus.
