C2C Duties: Client is seeking a Senior Project Leader, Oracle Enterprise Business System (EBS) to support our Corporate Global Information Solutions business. This role is an experience position in the Enterprise Applications team and is located in Pittsburgh, PA. The successful candidate will participate as an internal consultant to Clients businesses and various customer groups, bringing broad EBS application experience. Position Profile: The Senior Project Leader, Oracle Enterprise Business System (EBS) initial principal challenge is to provide track leadership in the upgrade of EBS to on-premise version 12.2.10. In addition, this role will be overseeing support of the existing 12.1.3 on-premise solution until the upgrade is completed. Once the upgrade is completed, the role will be responsible for continued enhancements, support, and further adoption of assigned modules. Skills: Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of practical Information Technology experience, including Oracle EBS R12 application experience. Minimum 5 years project management experience. 7 + years of practical Information Technology experience, including Oracle EBS R12 application experience. Working knowledge of Oracles EBS R12 application and architecture that comes from prior EBS upgrade project experience. Basic experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and SQL. Understanding of systems analysis, detail design, and programming techniques utilized in an Oracle EBS R12 environment This position includes both creation of strategic vision, and tactical management including execution, examples include but are not limited to: Work within Clients EBS Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver a successful upgrade in the established project timeline. Become clients first point of contact in IT for the EBS applications/functionality that you are assigned. Apply an in-depth understanding of the business processes in area(s) of assignment; as needed, reconcile the customer's processes with the EBS 12.2.10 functionality in order to identify and close gaps in the upgraded solution. Establish and maintain a high level of stakeholder interaction in order to guide and direct customers through multiple upgrade testing cycles. Manage the reactionary support and/or preventive maintenance process for the systems or technologies in assigned area(s) of responsibility. Identify, establish and support value-added cross-functional data and system linkages. Operate within clients IS standards and conventions and applicable Client BU/RU IT standards. Ensure appropriate methodologies, support processes, and procedures are followed. Comply with all guidelines detailed in the audit/compliance tool (with a specific focus on business partnerships, change control, disaster recovery, and security) for assigned area(s) of responsibility. Operate within an offshore model that provides development and/or support solutions in the assigned area(s) of responsibility. Pursue continuous learning consistent with the movement in job requirements, changes in technology, and changes in the organization. Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
