Design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot CIAM solutions. Provide technical and architectural design documentation, recommendations, specifications, use cases, requirements, and test cases. Provide expertise to assist with the technical approach for the shared operational capabilities of CIAM, including user registration, self-service, authentication, authorization, administration, audit, and reporting. Define best practice and development of troubleshooting processes, methodologies, standards, alerts and reporting from CIAM platform(s) to be leveraged for operational monitoring. Provide monitoring and support of integrated business applications ensuring the required uptime and resiliency. Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and advancements associated with identity offers, digital authentication, and omni-channel solutions.
