| Job Title: IBM MDM Consultant Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of our MDM solutions using IBM technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM principles, data governance, and data integration techniques to ensure the consistency and accuracy of critical business data. Key Responsibilities: Design and Development : Develop and implement MDM solutions using IBM MDM tools. Design data models, workflows, and integration processes to support master data management initiatives. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define MDM requirements and solutions. Data Integration : Integrate MDM solutions with various source systems and data warehouses. Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across systems. Develop and maintain data integration processes using ETL tools. Data Quality and Governance : Implement data quality and data governance frameworks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of master data. Monitor data quality metrics and perform data cleansing and enrichment activities. Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards. Maintenance and Support : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MDM solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues. Perform regular system upgrades and patch management. Documentation and Training : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM solutions and processes. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on MDM best practices and tools. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data architects, data analysts, and business users. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise : Extensive experience with IBM MDM solutions (e.g., IBM InfoSphere MDM, IBM MDM Collaborative Edition). Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, data modeling, and data integration techniques. Proficiency in SQL, Java, and XML. Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., IBM DataStage) and data integration best practices. Data Governance and Quality : Experience with data governance frameworks and data quality management. Ability to implement data quality rules and perform data profiling and cleansing. Looking forward to work with you !!
