Title: Jira Admin Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite) Long Term Contract Job Description : Skillsets Required; Overall 5 yrs experienced, min 2+ years Atlassian Jira Align and Jira Cloud products experience and Provide application support for JIRA cloud & Jira align users Understand tools ITIL support framework to ensure strong understanding of processes. Creating and customizing the Jira projects according to the purpose, such as customizing fields, permission and workflow. Ability to create complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes Agile practice and portfolio project management DevSecOps working model, system administration and support, software bug-fix and maintenance CI/CD and cloud software development Preferable: Experience in one or more of the following: Cloud Apps and plug-ins, Workday, Oracle, TestRail, Databases, C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, Ruby or Shell Scripting.
