POSITION Program Manager San Jose, CA (Locals) 12+ months Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Program Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and delivering complex programs that align with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery. Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and team members, and effectively communicate program status and risks. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
