They need the HCM Suite domain experience to be successful. Project Overview: Client is about to undergo a Workday implementation project for the Americas, implementing the HCM Suite with Payroll and the Talent module. They are using a partner for the implementation efforts; however, need a Sr. PM on the client side to lead the project. Candidate must have HCM implementation experience working with 3rd party SI partner. Must have experience working with project sponsors, stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external partners. Sr. PM/Pgm manager with managing a Workday integration project. This person need to have workday experience with background leading (at a high level) integration projects of that size. Someone with the following: Well defined project management principles Leading well structured meetings with clear communication Able to be assertive and drive accountability internally and with external partners. Collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders and steering committees. Driving and leading project plan meetings discussing whats on-track, off-track, issues, risks, etc. Hold everyone accountable but keep the meetings structured and valuable use of everyones time. Prepare and present meeting slide decks depicting project milestones, status, current state objectives along with accountabilities.
