This role involves organizing, installing, and managing server racks, installing and managing cabling, and ensuring all equipment is properly connected and functioning. Education and Experience: o Proven experience in data center operations, specifically in rack and stack activities and network switch configurations. Technical Skills: o Strong knowledge of server, storage, and network hardware installation and maintenance. o Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network switches and routers (experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar equipment preferred). o Familiarity with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools and cable management practices. o Understanding of network protocols and topologies. Soft Skills: o Excellent organizational and time management skills. o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. o Effective communication and teamwork skills. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
