Job Title: Project / Program Manager (HealthCare) Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video Visa Type: USC/GC Note : Needs to be very SR and strong Healthcare Job Description Looking for a long-term resource who can manage projects related to compliance updates that have been mandated through 2027 by CMS Potential of conversion, but not guaranteed. Ideal candidate would see themselves as a long-term oversight resource for this program, as a contractor with multiple extensions or FTE (no visas, no CA) The projects will eventually run mostly in Agile, so this candidate should be flexible/ familiar with that structure, but they need a true PM They will be responsible for stakeholder meetings, status reports, decks, collaborating with product owners, using Jira, managing financials, and integrating with a vendor partner using a cloud-based system. If they have healthcare experience and CMS exposure, that would be ideal, but a strong candidate could be coming from govt, tech, finance, etc. A perfect candidate would have experience with government mandates. This person will be reviewing the mandates, meeting with the relevant business areas, helping with the assessment of what will be changing in the workflows, helping with requirements, working with vendors, working with onshore & offshore teams, reporting, managing financials, and giving updates to VP / C-level individuals. There will be a variety of mandates throughout the next few years, but the goal is for this person to eventually be running the entire program, so they should have experience running larger and more complex programs. Soft skills are extremely important. This person should be a confident, strong communicator and presenter, experienced with high-level stakeholders and an executive presence. This person does not need to personally be very technical, but they will be dealing with APIs and EDI transactions and working with technical teams, so someone with an understanding would be beneficial. Looking for someone who wants to be in the tech space. The perfect candidate would have experience managing large CMS - related or government projects, and experience with technical projects.
